You must follow us @ImpossiblePhoto and legibly hand print your twitter handle on the back of ThePhotoGraph; in the upper right corner, not more than 2 inches from the corner.

Tape a $ 5.00 donation to Hub-Bub.com (a non-profit artist community) on the back lower left corner of ThePhotoGraph. Having done all this ThePhotoGraph is now called Entries.

Entries must be delivered on or before September 25th 2012. On time entries will be praised and considered for judging. Late entries will be scorned and not even opened or considered for the contest. No entries will be returned after the contest.

Entries must be packaged to arrive in pristine condition so as to not be dirty, bent, torn, spindled, wrinkled, dinged, dented or corners dog-eared.

All judges’ rulings are final, whining and crying will get you nowhere, and maybe even made fun of or ridiculed in private.

Not following these rules can and will get you disqualified, and maybe even laughed at for a period of time. We will tweet the arrival of every entry within 48 hours of its arrival. Winners will be notified first by Twitter, then by mail so you can select your prize.

All entries become the physical and intellectual property of Spartan Photo Center, Inc. for the sole use of what ever we want to do with it, forever. Just so you know, we will be sharing these photos with others, not stealing them or trying to make money from them.

Any money made will be for the purpose of defraying expenses in the promotion and display of ThePhotoGraphs and talking about whoever wins the top prizes and the impossible nature of instant photography.

We will be putting these photos on display in as many different venues as will have us. Tweet us if you have a particular venue in mind. We’d love to know.

Any prize winners will be required to complete the necessary IRS tax documents before prizes can be awarded, failing to do so will disqualify you.
